alright so after reading this stuff, even with the three second rule, my mind goes crazy and I can't relax and plan out what I am saying when I talk to HBs...I just keep thinking okay...keep eye contact, use a neg, was that an IoI? and I don't actually concentrate on what I say as much  any techniques to relax and take it step by step?...thank in aadvance -Colin |

read everything...seems like ur on the KJ stage...after that DO NOT LOOK AT IT ANYMORE...you will end up creating shit in the moment or remembering...You have to make mistakes... |
