#1 I just wouldn't text her for a few days bro, & I'd go sarge and get a couple more numbers so I was in and extra un- needy frame too even if you weren't. Then start back up with something cocky & never mention it as if she never said it.

She'd get the picture pretty quick of what you did, especially if you guys have been texting a lot. Shows you can do without her & you didn't like the attitude, & chances are if she said that you were texting her a lot and she was thinking you might be. Make her sit around wondering, even ignore her text for a day or so if she starts it back up.

#2 the other way is I would go over the top texting for a couple hours, like every few minutes if she didn't respond, but make it obvious in a joking way, then say "no that was needy looks like", but I think you have more chance to annoy her & screw up this way.

Actions speak louder than words IMO. I'd try #1. It will help you stay in a non needy frame anyway and get some control.

was texting this girl...she is super cocky, and i mean bitch delux...sexual banter going back and forth and im completely destroying her by passing her shit tests left right and centre...then out of the blue she sends a msg my way saying 'ha ha youre needy...'. And i mean this is completely random and off the topic. i could swear shes a bloody PUA she has so much game Ive never actually had a girl try this directly on me... what would reply with? a few options... you are such a little shit yep, got me there. oh cummon youre gonna have to do better than that. grow up darling the only thing i need right now is an ice cold beer would you use any of the above? if not lets hear some of yours..

Thanks for the posts guys. The only thing that bothered me about freezing her out (option #1) was that she may think she hit a nerve and that it actually effected me. This would make me look sensitive/weak. anyway thanks i will ponder over it! one more thing....i often call a girl out on being attracted to me in a cocky/playful way...they normally respond with something like...'oh really, and what makes you think that I am even remotely interested in you!' I normally respond with...'ah i dont know, maybe its because you make it just SO DAM BLATANTLY OBVIOUS!' ..implying she has no game and that i can see straight through her. shes normally lost for words as I only say this when i KNOW there is interest. how would you respond...

I disagree, but ultimatly I guess it depends a lot on the context with this girl, & how much he's been texting and what, who text first etc. We know none of the background situation really. If he was being a little needy, & if she said it there may be some truth in that in her mind, then he probably does need to go cold anyway but most importantly on his terms & show her he doesn't need her or have to text her & leave her wondering if she fucked up. I would go cold on her anyway though because sounds like she has control, & I just wouldn't give a shit. If he's done every thing right she will still be there when he text back & he'll be in a stonger position and she'll have more attraction. Actions speak louder IMO. I don't like the idea of firing off a one liner to that, like it's damage control & just going on like you had been unless I knew I had been unneedy and she was just joking/testing. I'd ignore it but if I did say a line back, I would make it something sexual an her needing something from me if you had got that flirty in the past.

PUAdave you make a good point it does all depend on the context. Yes we had been texting alot. I dont know why but with this girl its like ive got shit test block or something....im battling with the shit tests all of a sudden, I was handling them so well before hand and completely destroying her. I feel its starting to slip a bit and need to get it back on track.... Maybe you guys can help out...its all been text game so far...aside from one phone call i made last week which went well. Aside from her calling me needy...she's called me a girl soon after. my response to that was 'Well my dear if Im a girl, then youre god dam lesbian! Chow'. [was calling her out on being interested in me] She responds with... 'Oh really...and what makes you think i am even vaguely interested in you??' I reply with.. 'hmm, maybe its because you make it so dam blatantly obvious! chat soon' [implying that she has no game and that i can see straight through her] She replied with... 'oh my word, seriously...U obviously have no idea how to read people...' [i have frozen her out now. if she wasnt interested she wouldnt have replied at all and the texting would have stopped long time ago. also the way she shit tests me and flirts, it IS obvious she is interested. so f*ck it i called her out on it] Rate my next move...i want to completely ignore her last text and will act like it never happened. then i will start up the conversation again on another topic. if she replies to me she has silently admitted to being interested as Ive already called her out on it, yes she continues to respond....what do you think of this strategy?

Well like you I sometime call a girl out on liking/fancying me, usually as a response to a shit test. So I would treat this like any other shit test - respond with a generic "your only saying that because you like me". Any denial or rebuttal is then countered with "the more you deny it, the more I know its true" etc etc. (s)

The chicks obviously into you bro, don't doubt that for a minute. I think going cold for a short time is the right move. The next move I'd make is a text trying to get a day 2 nailed down, because honestly that's what the phone really is for. (I might even call her just to mix it up & throw her off). You can build a little comfort on the phone but it's better to do that in person so you can esculate & move it along. She's already got attraction for you, I'd capitilize on it while it's high otherwise you could easily screw up & text something to turn her off, out of context joking because there is not body language or tonality to imply sarcasim. If you do that on the phone she may not give you anohter chance where as in person you can recover. Also as far as the games. You're going to have to let her play them some and keep battling the shit test to a certain degree because that's her fun. If you say cut the shit, you like me I like you'll lose some girls. So you got to play along to a point IMO, but stay strong. *BTW saphire, I really liked that.

dude its perfect. . . this is where you set up a "date" tell her to prove it to you that you dont know how to read people. . . suggest you get together and you can battle it out in person, over a nice italian dinner with a bottle of Chianti. or whatever. . . if she says yes. pull a van wilder move "its a date" and you are set until shit happens again. if she texts trying to say it's not or something. . . ignore it. pretend you never got a message. I personally would literally put my phone away and do something just for me. . . go for a run or something.

What I meant was if you call her out to much ,and say something along the lines of "look I know you like me, I like you, lets cut the games" or something kind of like that you need to make sure it's in a very teasing way as part of the game, which it sounds like you would, but on text you got to remember you lose all the sub communication & it's easy to miss sarcasim. Even in person if you are too serious about that you'll lose some girls, because that's their fun.
