I'm relatively new to the PU game. I recently moved to a college town several months back with a huge nightlife scene, and have had a few successful pickups; however, nothing too difficult... I've been around enough to know that giving a girl too much attention, or coming off as somewhat despirate is always a recipe for failure. Naturally, I never give too much attention to the girl that I want... I like to come off as if she's not really that big of a deal to me. Usually if me and a group of friends are engaged with a set, I'll totally ignore the girl i'm feeling until the last few moments, then I'll get a phone number and then say I gotta go (unless of course she is really hanging on me). As I said, I'm brand new to the game, but this approach seems as if it suits me best for now... Which is why I am seeking advice for a new target. I met a girl back in May while clubbing with a few friends. I basically used the same approach as described above. One of my friends invited this particular set from one club to accompany us to another. I never spoke or even agknowleged this girl while in the club while we were all chilling together... Right before closing time I started speaking with her on the way out, got her number, and then left. I texted her later that night. She seemed very interested; however, she was leaving to go back home out of state for summer break... I suggested we "should chill" when she got back, and she also insisted "we should!"... Fast forward 2 months... hadn't made contact with her until a week ago, she is back in town now, and I will be back in a few days... Now let's get down to the point... I'd like to meet up with this target, but like I said, I do not want to come off as despirate OR seem like I'm really eager to hang out with her (because I'm sure she has plently of dogs barking up her tree, and I'd just be another one)... I'm not sure if I should go ahead to make contact with her now... or wait until I run into her again downtown (which is highly probable, but I definitely won't hold my breath, I'll still be on the prawl for new potential but this is one I would like to put in the books)... To any of the pros out there: What would you do? |

well how you know she is in town or is that just a guess cause its summer? anyways it doesnt take a pro to say call the girl up and just invite her out but make it sound like a hang out.... hey! i heard this place downtown (where ever) has really good (whatever) calling to see if your game. OR (calling to say your coming with <---said with humorous cocky tone).... or hell say your goign shopping and she is gonna tag along you get the idea just call the girl up and make up some believable excuse and that she is coming with you..... you can use the would you like to or i was wondering if....but that sounds so pathetic ... i generally go the lines im going to this coffee house in sacremento. Heard its good. you get to tag along im sure youll think of something or just try your luck running into her somewhere |
