Post subject:  Cell Phones
I like to use my cell as a prop when i am talking to a woman. lots of the time I'm not even really talking/texting people. I do it because it makes me seem preoccupied with something else. I notice that she can become more interested that way. My question is, Is this a good technique and does anyone else do this?

I've noticed this, but usually I am pre-occupied. (Also, girls always want to know if your texting other girls. Seriously, watch for the glance! Dead give away. "I'll take that as an IOI!") But I'll support this and field test this more as a neg! Good suggestion.

if you look busy, it is a good thing.....if you look bored its not.

I would say that when you look busy, it is a DHV people are relying on you and you need to get back to them.

if you are in a convo and the phone keeps beeping..this looks good. if you are in a convo and you keep fidgiting with your phone and just texting people she will think you are bored of her and she will move on.

Yes, but this can also show you don't have any interest in her if you keep texting your phone rather than being "Ohhh baby you're so interesting"

So it could go either way.

Showing disinterest will allow her to be interested in you.

Think of interest between you guys as a tunnel, if you clog the tunnel with too much of your interest, there's no room for hers to flow through.
