I went out with a friend tonight, and she brought her friend along. I had met her once before. We go to the bar, and as we are sitting down, my friend and her friend sat on seperate sides of the table. i went with my gut and sat by my friend so i was across from my target. We had a fun evening, I was directing the conversation and it was all fun. I teased and busted on my target a little bit. I didn't Kino, but the girl had mentioned in passing, we were havinga conversation about her co-workers, about how she's not a touchy feely person. So I didn't worry about it. So: 1. Did I make the right choice on where to sit? 2. Was the non-touchy feely thing a shit test to see if I'd kino her anyways? |

It really probably doesn't matter that much if you've already made a connection with the girl. But, I think it's usually a good idea to sit next to your target. You can start kino, and she can get more comfortable sitting next to you. |

Honestly it sounds to me like you where able to get the ball rolling and you are over analyzing a bit. Did you end up getting a good hint, like a telephone number or something, that she wanted to see you again. If you felt good about the encounter, especially from what you've described, you are doing just fine. D |

I always sit next to my target. The table in between have ruined many oppurtunities for me. |

Where you are sitting does vary some aspects. If you are next to her it is more personal and easy to kino. You can't turn your friend into a 3rd wheel so it isn't much of an issue though. When across a table you can make a lot of direct eye contact. Great methods of kino are thumb-wrestling and/or hot hands. Challenge both girls. Then take both girls on at once, one on each arm. It's good fun and easy kino. |
