Post subject:  Arranging poolparty with 2 friends
Okay, so, Im arranging a pool party with two friends. Deal is that they are both better looking than me (Im not a monster myself :D), but they dont know anything about picking girls up.

Guy1 is shy as hell and Guy2 is horny as hell. Now, because it will be having fun and taking alcohol, I dont wanna be with girl and talk shit, I wanna go with them dance, kino a lot. I mean, Im gonna be like Guy2, but how can I be better than him?

Girls that come there will probably think "Maybe I meet some hot guy today!", so what should I be like? High energy, the life of the party (it is natural to me when Im with these guys), what else??

Should I be throwing girls to pool? Like:
ME-Could you hand my beer?!
HB-No!
ME-Okay! Thats enough NEGATIVITY, we are now going to the pool! ;)

You're going to be better than him by playing your own game instead of comparing yourself to someone else.

Being a social fun guy gets you pretty far. Having conversations with pretty much everyone gets you known->social proof->girls will be eager to spend some alone time with you.

Jav has a great point. The best way to be a natural is to express your thoughts and engage in conversations.

Let your friends do their thing, and if they want your advice you should help them. But if not, let them be as they want.

About what to say: I always have a tendency to forget canned material, and I have done this all the way since the start. Therefor I solely rely on situational topics and I base what I want to say on the feelings I have in that specific moment. What it does is to get me outside my head, I'm quite used to this now so sparking up a fun conversation is very rarely a problem. I believe you would benefit in training in this way as well:)

As far as direct and indirect goes, I would honestly try both. When I go to parties, I usually roll with a few guys and some girls. Keep in mind, I'm in college when I say this. I've been in the room when the girls are getting all "prettied up"... and I can tell you that their conversations are about the same as what you and your friends say right before a party, "I hope I hook up tonight!" - hence why they are getting all made up. Most normal girls don't go to a pool party with the mindset of wanting to sit in the corner and not be approached by guys... so do NOT be afraid to approach at any time!

I would start off with indirect at first: harmless flirting, gathering social proof, being the life of the party, using situational humor, etc. to get a good reputation.

1. No pool party is complete without a BBQ.
2. Direct/Indirect mostly applies to openers. As the host of the party, everybody is already on your side. Pry open your can of sexuality as soon as you can.
3. But don't do this to every girl there. They talk . . . they chat. If you are sexual to EVERYBODY, you become the shot gunning horny host.
4. Don't worry about the other guys and definitely don't try to "amog" your buddies. This is uncool and won't get you anywhere. Even though 3 of you are hosting the party, you should take on the responsibility of the HOST through making sure that everybody has a good time. If your buddies are shy, then you should approach girls and introduce them to your friends, as well as other guys at the party. Girls ALWAYS notice the hub of social action. This is the modern day alpha guy. (If your friends are shy, they won't approach other girls but instead will STICK to the girl(s) you gift them through your PUA skills. This is a great way to get the nosey tag-along chicks away from the "special" girl that interests you.

I tend to find that when i focus on other guys at all it has a negative effect on my game.
