This is not really an IOI. It could be but most likely she feels secure with you. You are non threatening. It shows more comfort than attraction. She is obviously shy and confide in you, her friend. Yes you are on the LJBF highway.

At a workplace the rules are different from that of a bar. For example you cannot say that you have opened a girl at work, you are working together and should speak to each other. If I find a list of the phonenumbers of people I work with it is not as if I have numberclosed anyone. It is just normal.

Im not saying that she is not interested at all, maybe she is. But unless you get other IOIs from her it is nothing...

A girl i work with seems to be really friendly with me when were alone but when other people are about she says nothing also 1 thing that im not sure of if its an IOI or not but twice now shes come up 2 me saying she hurt or cut her finger puttin on a cryin kindda voice and showing me her hand.. Any thoughts???

Yeah - Ask her out and find out! See if she will get coffee with you - mid-day is okay, but close to the end of work is better, from there you can skip out and start your date.

probably not a good idea to start any time of connection other than friends with someone you work with, unless the job is easily disposable. there are millions of girls out there. get the skills and have the whole world to play with. don't settle for something easy that'll bring potential drama to your life....just a thought.

Acknowledge that she knows who you are, acknowledge any ioi's and then stop caring. In the end ioi's is just ioi's. They are not any certainties. - Exerio

I think those are IOI's. I also think she is testing you to see how you'll react. Don't kiss her ass. Be CF and tell her to "put her big girl pants on" or "Did you live?", but then follow with something to counter act, like getting her a bandaid. After you put the bandaid on her, playfully push her away and say something like "Do you think you could refrain from hurting yourself for the rest of the day? I'm gonna have to start charging you medical fees."

Yes, iOis but these might not be in terms of attractiveness. IOIs don't always mean she likes you "that way" I'm attracted to my guy friend, but because he's a cool guy, not because I like him sexually.

If you went around telling people you were attracted to your good friend, they would probably think you mean sexually too.
