Post subject:  Anyone else been in the position where EVERYTHING starts to
look like a shit test? I'm there, and I know everything isn't a shit test, but that's how things are looking to me right now. I don't want to overdo the "shit test responses". How do I recalibrate this?

Take a break from everything, and women for a while. By a while I mean like a few weeks to a month. You need to clear your head so that you can recalibrate as you mentioned. If you can give yourself a vacation just take time for you, hang out with yourself for a while! :D

I agree you need to take some time off do some fun things, women aren't everything ... go enjoy excersising, hang out with friends, go swimming my point is just have fun and then revisit everything with a clear mind.
