do you use your real name when opening? I ask because if you have a name like "Style" then people pretty much know it's not your real name. But some of us have more realistic alter ego and sometimes, to me, it feels like lying

Well I am only going to use it once so hell I will let you know what I am using. Besides I have been drinking so I can be excused from being honest. When approaching a random set I use my nickname Giacomo or Giac. Giacomo is italian for my name so technically I am telling the truth. Still. I use all kinda of nicknames if I feel the need. If its a friend of a girlfriend I use my real name so no to embaress myself. Its all situational. I like using Giacomo thought. Because it is unusual and exotic to women. |

my friend always says hes called "Rod" and holds out his hands giving the impression he has a massive cock 50% of the time it gets a laugh 50% of the time it gets a weird look but 100% of the time he laughs cos he still thinks its funny!!!! |

I always use my real name. I'm not about to go running into a group of girls and call myself Monkey. I use the name here for a level of anonymity (which has since been smashed by the Facebook community ^_^). In real life, we should not be calling each other by happy-pirate-nicknames later than age twelve. |

I use my alter-ego/hip hop alias sometimes, my friends usually tend to introduce me with it. But its very similar to my own name, it actually contains my first name. As far as using Methuselah? I don't think that would fly too well with women, they would be utterly confused and most likely unable to hear or pronounce if it the meeting were in a loud place. |

Meth...Tru Tru Great feedback guys. thanks a lot. I think I'll just come up with a more obvious pseudoname like Infinate or something like that. I kinda like the anonemity of not giving my real name. plus, like I said before, it's too common and easily forgotten. I need to stand out in her cell phone addressbook, ya know
