As in, should they know how to physically defend themselves if they come across a hostile male or a vicious woman? |

Thanks for the input. Are there any martial arts or basic defense books/courses you've looked at? I agree with you that men shouldn't hit women. |

Books can only get you so far. Hands on experience is best. But two books I recommend are "The Tao of Jeet Kun Do" and "Way of the intercepting Fist", both books written Bruce Lee. If you look on Youtube Bass Rutten has segments of video on bar and street fighting. Ideally fighting should be used as a last resort. ~Antithesis |
