Hey man there is good news for your situation! I'm also new to the scene but I have been getting my ex-wife out of my head for 2 years now. I had it pretty bad almost got my butt in jail a few times. but I'm feeling much better now lol 
It was soo bad with me that everywhere I was she was, even at work and even to this day ( atleast for about another week) I travel through her town where i would go to vist her family. Bascially I changed everything and I mean everything. I changed the chairs and sofa where arranged in the room and even the paint on the walls. Slept in a different bedroom and even changed the routie the dogs went outside. This is a quick fix man but you know she still may be there . Depending on how much you liked or loved her. Its something you have to deal with on your inner self. I suggest spending alot of time on yourself and not caring what she or anyone else thinks or cares. Seek out your true friends they will be there with you. And give it time man. They say it takes half the time you where with the person to get over them on adverage.
