HI everyone. Just needed an Opinion on something. When in a set, I am always smiling and laughing more than most people. Does this generate DLV? Would it be more effective not to be so comedic? SWING _________________ -Hesitate you masturbate- |

That really depends. If you're smiling more, it's definitely a good thing, everyone should smile more, all the time. Smiling at someone makes them smile back, it actually triggers mirror neurons that make them feel as if they were smiling, which releases endorphins and actually makes them happy. This is the idea behind Juggler's forcing IOIs. So smiling is great. Smiling projects 'I am a happy person, you make me happy, but I am happy all on my own too. Don't you want to be around me? I'm always happy, so you'll be happy around me'. It's great. Laughing can be a bit more of a double-edged sword. You don't want to be a hyena and you don't want to seem like you need the attention that laughing gets you. Only laugh when a joke is made or something funny happens. Also, be careful to avoid laughing too long, relate the length of your laugh to the humor of the situation. Essentially, only laugh when you would laugh and only laugh as long as you would laugh normally. Too much or too little laughter seems unnatural and that will trip switches in the girl's brain that say 'something's up'. But laughing normally is essentially the power of a smile times six. If you're just naturally laughing and smiling more than your buddies in set, it's a really good thing. But if you're smiling nervously or laughing too much or too often, then it can look a little iffy. Cinnamon |
