Only when she asks me for my name. This is a clear indicator of interest so wait for it to come up. I've gotten to the point she's giving me her # before asking. It happens! Just wait it out.

It says in "the game" that when she asks for your name, it's an ioi, so you can wait till she asks you...
but that doesn't mean you have to wait! it depends on your approach and on your mood. You can introduce yourself early in the convo, or later on, or never!
For example in keys to the vip Cajun vs Mitch: Mitch always introduces himself early, "Hi, I'm Mitch with an M!", and cajun introduces himself a few minutes into it, but in the last set he opens, he get a number close without even saying his name! you see, asking for your name is an ioi indeed, but she won't necessarily ask for it!

Most of the time I introduce myself as "people call me J" and other times I introduce myself as "Jon." It is really up to you. I intro'd myself as JSmooth for a period of time and that didn't go over so great, and I got weird looks.
