Post subject:  Where to Start?
Hi,

I’m a divorced-twice guy (early 40s) with no intentions of getting married again! I can start conversations with women, but it never usually leads anywhere. Your thoughts about moving it along (f*ck close?) would be great.

I suspect there is a big difference between picking up younger women than more mature women; say in their mid 30’s! Any one with this kind of experience who’s prepared to share it?

Really enjoyed reading this forum so far… keep up the good work guys, I’m sure you are helping many of us out!

Seems like your ok at your approaching, but that's just half the battle and the rest is up-hill! Just being able to carry on a conversation isn't enough you need to learn about NLP and eliciting values, don't mean to sound like a marketing snob, but I found the best info on this in the FFF system book.

I think basically women are triggered by the same things regardless of their age. What does make a difference is the fact that most women in their mid 30´s are divorced and have a child/children and many younger women (early/mid 20´s) don´t have kids. This plays a big role in their attitude towards men. A messy divorce will make a woman apprehensive in her attitude towards men in general. At least that´s my opinion. Especially women who have not dealt with the emotional stress of their divorce yet, are particularly difficult to approach. My advice is, stay away from those women, as their usually still fucked up mentally. They will try to pile their shit on top of yours and believe me....you don´t need that.

Where to start? Just get out there, in the field, get as much exposure as possible and work on these most important (IMO) things:

DHVs
(showing/implying you are:
1 - a Protector of Loved Ones
2 - a Leader of Men
3 - Preselected by Women)

Cocky/Funny (be contrary, arrogant and above all, funny)

Frames (Whenever you interact with anyone, you merge your realities. Practice being the master of this reality, allowing the HB into yours for a quick holiday from her own boring reality. Frames are complicated, but master them and the importance of WHAT you say goes out the window!)

Jakob,

I'm 38. And nothing against anyone here or on any other boards, but be sure you get advice from guys with similar life experience when you're asking, cos it changes radically from 20 to 40.

First step is this:

WHAT DO YOU WANT?

Be detailed. What kind of woman? What kind of relationship? What kind of life?

If you just want to pickup drunk bar girls and don't care what you do in order to get it, there are lots of options that may work. But the higher your standards are for your happiness, the higher your standards need to be for who you learn from.

And finally, only take advice from people you relate to, no matter how genius they seem.

Including me. :)
