Post subject:  A tale of two places...

Just recently, when I have been at school with this HB8, we have been flirting hardcore. Like more hardcore than two people who just like to flirt.

But when I get home and text her (she doesn't like being called, and personally I prefer not having long conversations on the phone either), I feel like I am making the conversation go. Basically, if I don't text her anything else, the conversation will end right then and there. And my phone/texting game is damn good, too. I just want to be sure that there is that mutual interest before I make an attempt to hang out with her outside of school.

So what's the deal here? Can she not make up her mind about me?... Does she like me in person, but when that physical presence isn't there, she loses interest in me? Is she playing hard-to-get? Should I play hard to get and freeze her out at school? (Which will be very noticible since I sit right next to her for an hour and a half, and will be an even more difficult task to accomplish) lol. Basically, I don't know what the hell to think or do.

help me...
please and thank you

Something here seems fishy...she doesn't like being called? I thought girls love to talk!

I'm thinking maybe be more restrictive around her. By this, I mean not showing her nearly as much attention. This chick is playing games, don't get sucked in by them. Make her come to you...she will if she really "likes" you. Don't go 100% cold shoulder, if she talks to you, respond but keep things short.

If she really does "like" you, she'll make herself available.

Let me clear up the "doesn't like to be called thing." I called her the other evening to have a conversation and I could sense that "so what exactly are you calling about?" anxiousness. Neither her nor I were very confortable on the phone, so I ended it before things could get really strange. A day or two later, I resorted to texting. We had a good conversation and I was keeping things interesting, but she didn't seem to be all that interested. So I just didn't text her again and didn't say bye, just to see what would happen, and the conversation ended there.

I completely agree with you. I'm going to freeze her out a lil bit and not going to flirt with her at school. There's also this other girl that I'm slightly less attracted to that I will flirt with, and hopefully she will notice.

So thanks for the reply and wish me luck,
