Ok so I finally got laid and I have a embarrassing problem...I literally came in 5-10 secs within putting it in her and I heard it's premature ejaculation...How can I overcome this? She was like wtf? and laughed and put her pants back on.... THe worst and best night ever  PS: SOrry if this is in the wrong section..I couldn't post in the general lounge yet -_- |

It happened 1 time, chill the hell out. If it happens every time, then you might have an issue, but it's most likely that it's psychological. There isn't much info on this on this site because this is a site on how to attract women, not sexual health. Use google, there's tons of info out there. |

we got a booklet about college life in 1st semester and in the Premature Ejaculation bit it said that it is all psychological.. maybe the girl was really hot or you were too excited.. check out some sites that talk about this issue.. there is tons of info out there.. good luck |

First of all, 25 - 40% of men ejaculate within two minutes of penetration (the meaning of premature ejaculation), so don't worry that you're a special snowflake. You are just new to sex. Many people last a very short time the first time they have sex - it's just the excitement. You've got a few options: 1) Tug it a couple times beforehand. 2) Wear a condom that has numbing lubrication on the inside. 3) Get really good at cunnalingus (oral sex) -Good luck bud. P.S. I have the opposite problem. I have trouble taking too long sometimes. This usually happens my first time with a girl. Once we are in the boyfriend/girlfriend stage i dont seem to have a problem. I guess i need an emotional attachment or to be more relaxed. I think being anxious causes this. So what i do, is if i think im gonna have sex i dont masterbate for a few days. Also this problem makes me HATE condoms since it makes it 10x harder for me to finish. I can get a boner fine but then i start stressing about not finishing instead of enjoying it. Once im in a relationship i stop stressing though. Since you have the opposite problem i would say wear a condom and whack one out right before you are suppose to hang out with the girl. |

Ok that sucks... my advice is to just keep going if you can. Maybe I'm blessed with this one but after I come I slow it down for a bit but keep going untill it goes hard again. This way you can give/get multiple orgasms. Like I said maybe different for everyone else. Beer helps too, but not too many or you'll have a dead soldier

I don't really recomend this but they say weed helps.. a lot but i wouldnt stress to much one thing ive hard is masturbate or get oral sex before hand that way you already have the "quick" one out the way but this is just what i've heard |

Pre jerk my friend....I would say that most guys have done this and I do it If I know Im going to be havingsex....it simple unload before you go out. Also If you dont last long then just wait and the go for round two....most guys can last alot longer in round two! lol |

sometimes when i have that issue, or know im ganna have it because im about the have sex with a girl ive wanted to for a long time, ill go until the pt of no return,and then pull out and nut on the bed or where ever without her knowing while simutaneously*sp goin "downtown" for a bit till im ready for round 2. It works like a charm cuz you still stimulate her to orgasm, or at least very close while you recuporate. then you get back in there and finish the job. and shell never know you came super quick.
