Ok, I just had a "date" with a girl off a dating website. I was surprised that she agreed to meet up given we'd only exchanged a handful of messages. The reason I've got "date" in quotes is because technically it was not a date as the girl is only looking for friends for practicing English. She is from Russia and came to my country, New Zealand, on a whim about 6 months ago. On a scale of 1 - 10 this girl is about 9.5. She is stunning and the fact that she agreed to meet me at all was good enough to give me a solid ego boost.
The "date" itself went quite well. She spoke a lot and we talked about a lot of different stuff ... but it was bland stuff without any emotion. I made sure I maintained eye contact with her all the time and so did she. When I asked her why she met me she said as her profile said she wants to meet people to practice English and there was nothing special. To this I pretended I was offended and I was leaving and she laughed.
I should be meeting up with her again. I don't mind if this girl just remains a friend as long as I keep seeing her. The more I see her the better chance I will have to create romantic interest. Even if I fail with that it is still good to have a beautiful women who is my friend. She could be an asset in helping me meet other women.
So, I'm wondering if I can have some help for when I meet her again. I want to try to get some romantic interest between us. You know, make her blush a little etc. It was difficult the first time because she was so solid and resolute in her manner. She wasn't stand offish, just seemed determined. This in its own right is a character trait I find appealing. It would be great if I could get somewhere with this girl
