On a personal level, I genuinely don't see why so many people in the community want to deflower girls. It's almost seen as a badge of honour. For a large percentage of girls their first time is important to them. Even if some won't admit it publicly. She'll remember the whole experience forever. Remember the wise words. "Leave her better than you found her" Don't trample over it just to get a quick ONS. Be better than the tossers out there.
My suggestion to the OP is if you are looking at this girl as a potential GF not just a casual arrangement. Then you need to dump the Fuck Buddy. Then go very indirect in your approach. You'll need to ramp this one up relatively slowly and take your time. If you're only after a casual thing, I'd leave her alone.
