There could be million of reasons, she could have lost her phone or whatever.
Texting twice could be seen as a mistake, it can give the wrong message, that you're not confident or to willing or something.

I know there are no clear cut reasons as to why a girl will flake but...here we go. She works at a store around the corner from me. I had talked to her 5 minutes before and I walked in to visit her. I chit chatted it up a bit then I said I was going to leave and i asked and recieved her number. She asked me fro a kiss on the cheek etc...major ioi an she then decided to go on break so i told her to chill with me. she said alright and she came with me and I showed her a great time. ON the way to my dorm she was eager to give me her number for texting. Eventualyl we made our way to the park where I worked on some kiss game with her. I eventually got her to make out with me for a minute or so then we wlaked back to work. I walked her back untill a few stores before it and I kissed her again. I texted her the next day at about 9 ish and she has not responded to me...I texted twice just incase seh had no idea who I was. What to do now?? She is a HB. 8 The thing that is weird is...she KNOWS I am going to see her again because she works around the corner from me. I see her all the time. So why would she flake like that? |

yea I know...I fucked up on that. I was probably not going to text her until I see her again and see what she says to me |
