70% of the time im around people at my school i dont know well or dont like i get really tense the other 30% of the time im relaxed and playfull round people i dont know or dont like  i dont get what keeps happening, my face kinda tenses up and sometimes when i start thinking about my breating (i used to breathe quite loudly) it makes me kindof mess up my breathing and i almost start suffocating... that happens a bit less thoughwierd huh? any ideas? |

Sounds like you keep shifting your attention back to you. Stop being such an attentionwhore!  !Nah. Take it chill. Force yourself to focus on the task at hand. Don't give a fuck about yourself. Ever tried not to shower nor shave for five days? DO IT! No one really cares tbh. You need more confidence. |

that is a perfectly normal, and very common, text book nervous-reaction. i've gotten it before, and i'm sure most of us here have gotten it as well. my best advice for you is: - practice makes perfect. the more you do it, the more comfrotable you'll get with this type of situation. - remember to breathe. control your breathing. - keep your posture, and physically demonstrate alpha qualities. you'll find that acting this way, makes you eventually feel this way. - picture her naked. it sounds stupid but this is a confidence-gver in public speaking and interview situations. - have fun and enjoy the challenge. le tthe challenge motivate you to perform your best. - expect good things. inner game is important. |

yes picture her naked, that should fix ur breathing lol, but yeh i shud try that, it might get me more agressive if i picture her naked but then i wont focuz on the get to know her part |
