Hey just wondering how you respond to a girl that call/text something really random but when returning call/text, she says "my friends did that". Anything clever to say?

You don't need a witty response for everything. If you feel she gave you a random message because she's into you, then use this knowledge to game her.

Sometimes changing the topic isn't a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. It means you're not going to play little "baby games" with her. It means you create your reality the way you see fit. So you can just game her without even acknowledging that text even existed. If you write up some more info, I can suggest some text games.

Not the same situation but similar in that I didn't want to play "baby games" with her. I invited this girl to join me for dinner . . .

Texts
Girl: I'm so far away right now . . . can't get taxis . . .blah blah . .
Me: Are you coming or not?
Girl: Well I don't really know you. Are you married?

So I call her:
Hey, stop your whining and get your ass over here if you want to join me for dinner.
Girl: OK!

I am not going to sit there and text her regarding this city's geography, taxi catching methods, her former f'd up relationship with a married guy, how she doesn't know me . . . blah blah blah. Join me for dinner or I call the next girl on the list.

Not everything needs a response. Like Kasabi said, just switch topics. Often people respond when it really isn't even necessary and you could have just waited a while and said something to her later about a completely different topic, or waited till she did the same.

OK . . . let's think about this. Use your imagination here. What do you think saying this to her will achieve? How do you imagine the rest of the conversation to go?

Her: "Oh my god, I know! You're the coolest fucking person I've ever met and I sit around all day trying to think of reasons to call you! Please give me your attention! PLEEEEEAAAAASSEEE?!?!?!?!"

Was that....sarcasm in her voice, or was it just me?

Rye,

I'm quite impressed with your super bitch female voice. This is the kind of shit that drives fear into young ones.
