Post subject:  Mind-Frames and Frame Control

As a newbie, I'm finding frames to be really intriguing. I read about it through an old Tripp and Zip newsletter e-mail that I came across today.

This is something that I want to start practicing on. I personally feel that my inner frame is a lot stronger than my outer frame but maybe I'm wrong? I want to investigate more about this topic because I want to have a better understanding of who I am and what makes me tick. I used the search engine but it was difficult to find any topics. Are there any good threads around here that I can read? How about articles or just opinions on frames? Inquiring minds would like to know. :D

The old Tripp & Zip newsletter on frames? I liked that one.

But what the heck is "inner frame" and "outer frame?" Did they talk about that? That sounds totally silly to me.

Your frame is expressed from within your head to the outside world. The way I see it, there can be no separation between "inner" and "outer" when it comes to frame. What exactly did you mean by inner and outer frames?

When it comes to frame control, I recommend digging for articles written by Tyler D on the subject.

Someone should call himself "Beef" and write a newsletter with me.

Tyler Durden. I'll definitely look into.

To answer your question, here's a quote from the newsletter.
Quote:
Now, on to the frames. Your inner frame surrounds your core, and
your outer frame can grow from your own personal space to grab
other people into it. The inner frame can't be an iron box; it
certainly shouldn't be tissue. Your inner frame should be a
semi-permeable membrane, allowing certain things in and certain
things out. The "stronger" your frame, the more choice experiences
and emotions will be allowed to trickle in while superficial and
transient shit will be blocked out. Only with a strong and
functional inner core will the inner frame be able to properly
function.

Yea, Tyler D's new product is called 'The Blueprint,' and it is almost purely about frame and emotional state. He pretty much covers everything that social conditioning has made us like, and where we need to go from there to a place where picking up women is just and afterthought.

Sounds like a big fat over-complication to me.
