Im just getting into the game and im soooo self concious. Literally I think about everything, from what im doing with my hands to what im breathing like etc on all occasions.. I can take to guy mates for hours about complete shit but I can't with girls at all. Im in year 13 (im 18) girls have come up to me said stupid stuff I cant think of anthing to say to so i've given 1 word answers. Literally theres been times where a girls come, i've said yeah and theres been 5 seconds silence. I struggle for conversation alot and have no confidence. Im about 5"10, 156 pounds and not bad looking I guess but a lil chubby. Just confdience and conversation starters + what to say in a conversation is so hard for me espcially approaching girls. I wonder if you have any pointers I really don't know if I can play the game at all. Someone like me its like im so shy and nervous around girls, I dont know if I can do it. It'd be such a struggle like just thinking conversation I think I need major tips all round like on how I can make conversation etc. Any help would be apreciated. |

I think the best place to start would to make some attractive female friends this way you can get used to being around them and realize they are no different from anyone else, this will help with your confidence. Also hit the inner game stuff. |

Yeah I did. Hmm but I get so shy when round any females at all.I was wondering what peoples favorite tried and tested openers + negs were. Like the best ones, i've looked at others and I can't even imagine some of the girls faces if I were to say them, it would be awkward? |

you don't have to be hanging out with hot girls to get used to talking to hot ones. practice talking to random people, and once you can talk to someone you have no relation whatsoever with, you should be able to talk to any chick. Start hanging out with mixed groups, ur guy friends mixed with girls. then befriend some girls & start hanging more & more with girls (hot or not, it doesn't matter). And u gotta realise that beauty means nothing if she's not right for you. You gotta be evaluating girls if u wanna find the right one. Think "Yea she's hot but she does this or that that i don't like" right now, ur thinking "what does she think of me" while you should be asking urself "what do i think of her". It doesn't really matter what she thinks of you if she's not right for you, and if u act independent of what she thinks of you, girls notice & will want u for that. |

You see I went to an all boys school for 5 years so not used to talking. Now in my friend group theres like 10 boys and 2 girls. And both girls have like guys they're in a relationship with (1 for a year) the other is sorta in one. So thats where my main problem lies because from the forefront I have a lack of friends that are girls. |

Have female friends that you can talk to that are friends of people in your social circle. You'd be surprised how easily having a common friend can connect two people, telling funny stories about this friend, etc. Talk to girls on the phone too. If you have difficulty with this, write down a list of topics to talk about. |

ok i think I get it. By the way what does ESP mean i was wondering, and i was confused by 1-4 and 1-10 can someone tell me exactly what these things mean? |
