So I was about to have sex with this chick that I've only known for a week. We were making out on the bed for about 2 hours and I had a boner the whole time. Then finally she said when are you going to put on the condom, I realized that my boner had gone away and I couldn't get one to save my life. She then told me that it was normal for this to happen to guys and then I took her on the train to downtown where she would be picked up by her mom. Doubt you need pills unless you are like 50. If you got it up then you can keep it up. I agree with performance anxiety.

I'm going to bring her ice skating on Monday and then maybe give it another go. I wasn't drunk, it definitely had to be performance anxiety. I just need new methods to calm down. I guess, I sometimes get too stressed in these situations.

ya i was gonna ask if you had whiskey dick but apparently not. ive had this happen to me though a couple times.... i just really honestly wasnt attracted to the girl that much. i DID however get that som bitch up. took me a few but i told her to wait damnit and i did some oral and fingering which aroused me as well. try some things like that my friend. First thing to say mate is this does happen to normal guys, don't think for a moment you are the only guy this has happened to. It is just performance anxiety and unless you are 50+ years and a heavy smoker / alcoholic it is likely to just be a minor physicological issue.

It happened to me once when I was 18 (although I had been drinking), and I just found the more concerned I got about not being able to sustain an erection, the harder it got to have one.

It can happen to anyone once in a while man, the only way it turns into a problem is if you react badly to it - if you take the attitude of "it happens to the best of us" you will be fine, trust me.

She reacted well to it (it might have happened to her before - maybe it's her fault :D ), but in terms of whether you get to be with her again, you would certainly have to have your A game on.

I made out with the girl it happened to me with on the way back, but despite claims of "it doesn't matter", I still have yet to speak to her again (I am now almost 22), but it could be different for you.

As I said, the key point is how you react to it.
I reacted pretty well, and have no problem mentioning it when the topic of floppy dick syndrome (FDS - there's a new acronym for you guys) is brought up, as it can and does happen. Just have faith it was down to circumstance and not some sort of inherent gayness or sex fear and you will be fine.

Unless you can never get it up don't take pills. They can do some serious damage if your a strapping young lad like myself.
