I'll give you a bit of a field report from last night, I walk into a resteraunt with one of my friends...possibly the WORST wing a guy could have! Hes an ogre that does real life role play and crap like that...on the other hand next to him I look like the coolest guy in the world XD.

Target has now been successfully opened. Where to go from here now? Well a few options ran through my head. David D in this scenario would probably call her over and comment on the fact that she hasn't been back and chastise her for it a bit. Style/Jefferies would probably go into palm reading or some other routine with her. Neither is really my style...this is a key point you need to find what fits YOU! We ordered mozzerlla sticks, I called her over to offer her one, handed it to her, she went to grab it and I would not let it go. She initiated kino at this point...and it was over. At this point I had her =). Eventually I gave her the food and she sat down with us and was talking for a while. I kept busting on her the whole time.
Next: best thing in the world that could have happened...I AMOGed her manager. Her manager walks up and starts chastising her in front of us! This next portion got me a number close REALLY easily

Me: Thats right...she is. We had an issue and she sat down to talk to us. Something wrong with that?

Me: No I think its pretty personable and shes doing a good job. Whats your name?

Me: Thank you. If she so much as has a change in schedule due to this incident, I will call corporate and tell them why. You disciplined an employee for doing their job IN FRONT of a customer? Are you kidding?
Manger: *stammers:
Me: Apologize to her now...
Manager: <targets name>' Sorry to interrupts *sulks off*
I honestly coulda kissed that manager....but I did the hostess instead <Target>: *Stammers*..They are customers...

Now what was the point of me writing all that? The main idea is: its not really what you say thats important...as how you said it. I woulda been fine without that dude walking over...teasing her with the mozzarella stick would probably have been enough for a number close. Hell it let me shift her frame from "I'm bored at work to" "Hey this is fun!"
