Post subject:  Approaching a Coworker

Hey guys, this is my first real question on this site, so here's to hoping for some good answers from the community.

I work as a student engineer in a machine shop, writing repairs and doing mostly mundane engineering work. It's intellectually stimulating, though not the most lucrative in the female department. Though there is a girl who works as a janitor and she's responsible for cleaning just about the entire facility. She's cute and my age, so I figured I may as well try some game on her.

My question is, what's the best approach to attract her while at work? All of the tricks that I have read about in the past week or so seem to be oriented around clubs/bars and areas where you can express yourself through your clothing and your environment. However the work/casual dress attire restricts my options and the drab gray of the facility doesn't exactly lend itself to an interesting discourse. I've used some smaller routines adapted from David X, Style, Mystery, as well as some of my own with varying degrees of success. Most conversations however reduce to lame AFC chit chat while I feverishly try and conjure an interesting comment out of myself to bring the the discussion to the next level.

It is a metal machine shop filled with young men who undoubtedly think the same way I do towards this girl. So how do I stand above the rest, while maintaining a work-safe environment? The opportunities for me to isolate are few and far between; most of the discussions we have are overheard by other engineers whom I work under. I do not have high hopes for success at the moment but if I can tackle this situation it will make me a far better PUA in the long run.

Cheers.

EDIT: I just realized that this would probably fit much better in the Approach sub-forum. Feel free to move it there if the moderators wish to do so.

Yeah that's a tough one. And the competition probably doesn't help!

I really think workplace game needs to be another category to PU, maybe as a subcategory to day game. After all it's where working people spend more than a third of their waking life...
