I have been into pickup for a little while, and have noticed vast improvements in responses. However, my sticking point in terms of confidence is my looks. I literally have the face of a kid (14-15)and I'm 23. I cannot grow facial hair to look older. For some reason, women seem to respond well initially, but refuse to esculate into anything bordering sexual. It is like they view me as a fun, confident person; yet they dont let me pass through the physical attractiveness filter. I placed a picture of myself on hot or not and recieved a 5.3 (out of 250 votes). Prior to pickup, I have never gotten an IOI from a girl higher than a hb6 before (serious), despite being a relatively fun and interesting guy, having a ton of friends and meeting about 10-20 women a week. This is part of the reason I got into pick up in the first place, to amp up my personality high enough to make up for my looks. Howver, I cannot seem to get over this fact, and it is really killing my confidence. I am always the one approaching first amongst my buddies and leading the conversation, but get way less action than they do.

have u ever thought maybe there is something missing in your game maybe just the fact of building that sexual tension or attraction u would have to give me examples of how ur conversation goes what is said and how it was said... clearly pua don't rely on looks i mean u look at some of these pua( not to diss anyone of course) but they don't appear very attractive on the attractive scale... maybe ur overthinking this too much

You might want to change your look. Different clothes, different hair cut, maybe some sunglasses. I've noticed that the way you dress can affect you perceived age greatly. Try an older wardrobe, like a sports jacket or collared shirt and tie.

again, looks are not that important, it's about your game. maybe there is a lack of confidence in your game - simply because you are worried that you look joung and the facial hair isn't that great...don't give up because of this. put in work (and interacting with girls fun also ;-) and your confidence will increase dramatically.
