Okay so you know how everybody say don't get pulled into her frame make her adjust to your frame right? Well so my question is if there's a girl that almost never talks to you first, do you txt/ chat with her 1st all the time? (Isn't this following her frame?) What would you guys do(best approach to take)?? |

I don't think it's incredibly important who starts the conversation (text or phone call). What matters more is who ends it. You should be the one that says you have to go because your busy as opposed to waiting for her to say goodbye. It shows that you have better things to do, which raises your value. It also leaves her wanting more. Doing this leaves you in control and wouldn't be buying into her frame. |

well put.Doing this leaves you in control and wouldn't be buying into her frame. initially, i feel the same. its fine to make contact first. but if you've known each other for a while and she's never phoned or texted you first, it's going to start to seem needy. now you're chasing her and you're buying into her frame. so if this is the case, i'd suggest lessening the frequency of texts and calls dramatically, perhaps not even call her at all unless you're out and she'll be able to hear you're having a good time without her. |

Well just until recently we started talking but i've known her for about 1 1/2 yrs she always said hi to me 1st (but she said she does that to everyone..i don't thk so, i've nvr seen it) -And about last weekish she sent me a txt first saying Im bored and I negged her saying "lol miss me already?" and she replied "hahaha maybe mayb not" -And when i ask her to meet up she usually does Yea I think a problem i have is starting off strong but can't hold it and my frame breaks down =/ I left a post in sticking points about my last txt to her where I didn't calibrate to well and thk i screwed up (it was sunday, I'm not gna txt or w/e trying to leave the feeling of "absence" that PU's talk about viewtopic.php?p=164568#164568 |
