Hey guys. So I've decided that the best thing for me to do right now is to just become the AMOG of my own group. I really want to focus on getting the AMOG mentality. Any suggestions? Books to read, ect. Thanks! |

Being the alpha male is not by skills, sorry to tell you, but, there are no books about how to make it to the top of the food chain. You have to keep practicing and perfect your innergames, your old friends might be not use to the new you, but you should be able to find new friends. |

Please avoid commenting things you dont know about. There are many books about how to alpha and although i personally think 90% of being alpha is within, there are things you can do to make you appear more alpha.I would personally recomend Carlos Xuma - the secrets to the alpha male. Madals |

I find being alpha to be overly aggressive. I prefer the concept of the Zeta male. To be Alpha: Start by improving in these three areas. Providing, Defending, and Fucking, also be prepared to be disposable (Put up or Get out). Your probably interested in being alpha for the fucking part but unfortunately two-thirds of the signaling is for providing for women and defending with or against other guys. Let's start with the fun stuff. Defending with / against other guys. There is physical defense where you become well known as a martial artist of some sort and you build confidence in your self that you can use it. There is also mental defense where your witty and can have an immediate verbal impact in an argument or conversation. Something other than saying, "Oh yeah!?" The later is used with other guys more, the former is always used with women. That being said your actually looking for other guys to hang with, guys that will have your back. Aggression signaling is essentially not giving a fuck, when someone steps on your toes you say something like, "You better check it before you wreck it." The betas will go, "Okay. Sorry." (I am a big guy, one time I said this as a joke and got this response, boy did I feel like an ass) The AMOGs will escalate. One tip: Read some of those AMOG books to establish dominance early that way there won't be escalation (male shit tests). You'll only get your ass kicked by groups of alphas once every year or so. Providing: You dress well, you have a nice car, your fashionable. You generally have a giving personality, but you demand something in return, especially from women. You generally have a great internal game that allows you to thrive. Signaling is based on things like status symbols. This is why peacocking and standing out is so effective. Providing is also about liking dogs, kids, and the occasional kitten. Your not really a monster after all, really your torn between your aggression and competitive nature and the tendency to go beta. That's why it's quid pro quo and you know how to make a deal. Fucking: Alphas don't need to study sex manuals because they go caveman and have done this tons of times before it's practically boring. Well, that's not true, the locker room is there sex manual I suppose. They finish a tad early, but their women are satisfied because they dominate in the bedroom. There is my take on going alpha. |
