Hey I'm just interested in a definition of good body language, all i've read is that you have to have good body language but no-one has actually defined it
can someone point me in the right direction

As with everything, it depends.

But in the world of PU, I think having a good body language means that you can approach HB's and make them feel comfortable around you, no matter what you say. You're not a threat to them (important!).

Good body langugage- my body language oozes with confidance, I can walk any way I want. I don't have any social burden, for videos I recommand Lance Mason's physical confidance series, it is based on the whole physical thing when approaching women.

I'm learning on this too... but the idea is to appear confident without being overwhelming.

I've got the confidence part, but according to some... I have too much. So, I am in the process of toning it down.

Ok, basically it includes:
Straighten your back, move slowly with purpose, smile...

Guys, you can practice this body language until your too old to sarge, until you got beards like ZZ-top but there is one way, a simpler and better way to get this right. Inner game!

If you get your inner game going for you, this will solve itself, body language is built in. You are born with it, you just have to get into the alpha state of mind and stop worrying.
