so a girl is looking at you across the room, the both of you holds eye contact, but she is not smiling, sorta just looking at you in the eye across the room. She looked at me for 10 secs and broke off. I realize her looking at me several times that day and she actually turned around in her seat to see me talk. Well, my friends think she likes me, but im not sure. Usually when i caught a girl looking at me, she would smile at me or something, but this girl just looks at me...( We know each other, i accidentally shoot her down once and she sorta disconnected with me, but recently she starting looking at me.. also she have an obsessed boyfriend) So my question is, y isn't she smiling at me when we hold eye contact. Does she like me? What should i do? |

If she's holding eye contact for all this time, why the hell aren't you smiling at her? If you hold eye contact for that length of time and don't smile, it's creepy as hell. Smile, damnit. And as Droether said, go and talk to her. She's inviting you to. |

yeah dude, holding eye contact without smiling is more likely to make her think you want to kill her than it is to attract her. its creepy shit. smile. approach her. its going to be a lot harder to open her now that you've been glaring at her the whole time, but it's doable. |

YO! i had the same thing happen but i was walking on the second floor in our college and its a very open space and looking down at people seated. Well i caught this one girl like glaring at me and i smiled down at her and she didn't smile back at all... was kinda scary and i was going to walk down the escalator and go talk to her but she got up and walked away before i got down there  Kinda interesting is was going to go down there and open with some creepy line just for fun because i was pretty creeped out lol. |

I suggest a crooked grin with an eyebrow raise rather than a smile. That look that says "Why do you keep looking at me like that?" Smiling would demonstrate a lower value on your part especially since she already has a boyfriend. Personally I don't mess with girls who have boyfriends. If they want to come on to me I might be responsive but I'm not going to stick my neck out and invite that kind of drama into my life. |

well, updated news Today she pretended to ignore me, not hearing me. But once in a while when i say something in class she would look at me and hold eye contact.. Is she playing hard to get? its pretty confusing |

I was smiling...but she isn't giving me a greeting smile, she was sorta like analyzing me maybe?

I know what you mean, sometimes you get the "non-smile-look" from a girl, it's pretty strange. I often don't approach that HB if she has that serious look on her face, but sometimes when I smile, she smiles back. - When you look at a girl and think "I can never get a girl like her" your face will show that thought, and you will probably not smile nor look intresting at all. You will look like a complete AFC! So when a girl's looking at you not smiling, it can mean the same thing, that she has doubts that she cant have you! =) |

Wow! That is shocking info man! I kno she use to have such a crush on me, but i never showed any intrest in her. I'm totally going to talk to her tomorrow, maybe a direct approach, cut through the crap. |
