We had this debate going in the chat room. Can an AFC become a Natural?
We also had lots of good points made. Is there such thing as a natural? What is a natural? What separates AFC from naturals, confidence, early experiences, etc.

i agree to a point idk what you would consider a natural beyond someone who's experienced, personally my count is early 30's, and i have days where im like the guy who know everything to say, and others im ass backwards and cant think right.
my opinion as afc vs. natural, is the point they change there own perspective

Depends on your personal definition. I could call a natural someone who innately has skill with women without any training or focus on gaining those skills; so no reading books on how to, etc; so no an AFC couldn't become one of those. I could also say a natural is someone that just doesn't run any canned lines, but could have learned from others and studied for years; in which case I would call myself a natural and I used to be an AFC for sure; so an AFC CAN become one in that case. Depends on your definition.

Yeah, I agree to a point. Anyway, my definitions are this:
1)
Natural: Socially adept. He can get numbers, k-close, f-close etc. Confident and knows things naturally. Hence the name.

AFC: One who is socially inept. Ruins his chances with any girl because of the contents of his character.
2)
I don't know what happened along the life of an AFC that made him into one. Like wise I don't know why Naturals are so... natural. My theories are these: A bad/good experience with girls at an early age, setting a life long stage of confidence. Parents did or did not teach their kids how to be socially acceptable. Finally, that society has been feminized sooo much, that men have become afraid of their own sexuality. Thinking that you have to be rich, physically attractive, and a rock star is the only way to be successful in life. Sure all these things are good. MTV makes it look like you are entitled to a Mercedes-Benz when you turn 16. The culture we live in is screaming "YOU ARE INADEQUATE!"

That's a pretty open definition of a Natural, in which case, anyone who could be called a PUA, could also be called a Natural. I think you need to refine your definition a bit, otherwise there's thousands of guys on here that will easily fall into that catagory. A Natural is someone that doesn't use canned lines at the very least and no PUA that follows a structure or uses canned material is gonna be labeled a Natural by the majority of guys I've talked to.

Rye Lee! Haven't talked you you in a while, How are things?

Anyway you read MY opinion. The thread is about everyone's opinion, not really asking anyone to convince me. But yes I do agree that I have a very broad perspective.

Like I said its really an open discussion. I think I have come to the conclusion that the question depends on a persons definition. It was a good learning experience.
