In my experience, that only leads to lame and painful sex. But yeah, it sort of works.

Are you very sexually experienced? It's most likely mental. If you're very tense when having sex, this may lead to premature ejaculation, if you're afraid, if you're self-concious, and so on. Someone correct me, 'cause there are probably more reasons.

Some people recommend thinking of something else (like doing maths) to get your thoughts on something else, but I recommend relaxing. Relax, have fun, enjoy it (not just as physical pleasure, but also something that connects two people) and don't think of it as such a big deal.

..oh, and yeah. Extra lubricants can also work pretty well.

Dude, she's tight and you've got no dommy on. THAT'S why. I have gone over an hour with a rubber tube on and with a girl who was of average elasticity. I have also gone roughly 3 minutes with a girl of similar elasticity and much less condom. It really makes a massive difference. If you are seriously worried, talk to her about this. Things that lower your stimulation include condoms, less foreplay (or perhaps extensively more) having a hand shandy beforehand, and copious amounts of alcohol.

Also, don't have sex with her as a derision of carnal pleasure, do it to have fun, it's like throwing the frisbee with her... kinda.

But If she's tight and doesn't mind you having no curtains on, then count your blessings man, I would love to be in your shoes.

I don't understand why guys can't go more than once. I just take a 20min break (eat her out or something). And then good to go again, for a much longer time. I never wack it before the date because the sex is less pleasurable.

like star fox said, if she's a hb 7+ then go for your normal couple of mins. start pleasuring her (your choice how :D ) for about 15 mins then go at it again for like an hour.

Or if you stick on a condom you'll go for a hour anyway's.

If you go for the "knock on out" approach go about an hour before your expecting some, that's the best time between good sex/ long sex. to early and its abit uncomfortable.

Finally learn tantric sex, you can get it of any share type site and it'll help you out in no time.
