| Post subject: | The hardest part of pick up - DHV Stories? |
This must be the hardest part right? Anyone can open, or neg, but what you actually talk about, are the stories in which you embed your DHV spikes. This sounds like the hardest part of pick up. And I say this, because you have to be interesting to your target. And you have to be interesting through story telling, and at the same time, flip attraction switches. You also have to kino, and look for IOIs. What do you guys think? |

I disagree. Negs are the hardest and I always advice newbies not to use them oftern. The balence between a neg and an insult is very fine, and its very easy to just insult. a DHV is easy, why? Get yourself out there and experiencing things. When you do lots of things and then look back with what are DHV spikes, u will find stories with them in it. To quote Zip (i think) "Dont DHV, be higher value!" |

Well, I guess to each his own. To me the hardest part of pickup has always been preventing/eliminating flakes. DHVs and negs are easy shit. Curious, don't you think that you're an interesting guy? I don't understand how anyone could consider themselves as completely uninteresting. If you truly believe that it's not hard to convey at all. |
