This is one of the many parts of my game that need some work. Im curious towards what are all your favourite DOHV. I have a good bar bet that works well for me (five questions that must be answered wrong), but would love to hear the ones you find work best. Also, I would appreciate an ESp routines or a list of "truisms". Thanks a lot. cheers |

I find if it's a bar you regulary go to try and become friendly with the bar staff. Then when people see you're mates with the bar staff it will inflate their opinion of you |

Well, technically, a routine like the 5 questions game is an IVD (Instant Value Demonstrator...but no one really uses that acronym anymore), and a DHV is something conveyed through storytelling and actions. That's just a technical thing, though, so don't worry about it. Just keep it in the back of your mind for the sake of communication. Just think about any exciting story from your life and deliver it with some passion. If you've got anything in that story that demonstrates value (such as Mystery's 5 attraction switches), you've got yourself a solid DHV story. As for truisms and stuff like that, look into cold reading. Cold Read Tradecraft is a good ebook on it. Swinggcat also goes into cold reading a lot in his Natural Vibing audio program. Have you tried out Mystery's ESP routine? That's the one where you guess the numbers 3 and 7. |
