what should i do?

I was just testing you....you've got to learn to be in control of your emotions you alone are responsible for them if you're angry its because you let someone else control your emotion.... its kind of an oblivious mental satisfaction for that other person in a way you allowed the other person to win.

I got this girls number this week
and i decide to call to call her and she anwsers and its all noisey and shit and i hear laughing in the background and she hands her phone to her friend and tells me shes taking a shower

yeah right i dont hear any water
man i think im gonna move on or freeze her out

she seemed cool and she showed a lot of ioi by looking at me like crazy
but forget it
i dont care

what should i do?

IOI's are more than just looking at you. How did she react when you were talking with her? was she touching you? playing with her hair?

I am assuming you are in High School so you have to watch out sometimes girls will try to get you to like them, just so they feel they are desired (if that makes sence). It was a good sign you got her number though. The most probable situation was that she was with her friends and didn't want to talk with you, because her friends might "bust her balls" for liking you. plus it would be ackward for her to talk to you in front of all her friends.

I wouldn't freeze out just yet... as it seems like you don't have much substance to you and her relationship yet. I would possibly confront it in a non-treatening mannor next time you see her. Maybe just a "How was the shower?" make sure you smile and deliver it in a good way though...
