In almost every post I find things like Use only for C1, not for B2-3. What the hell are these numbers and letters?

They are the mystery method steps. A1 A2 A3 B1 B2 B3 C1 C2 C3 A-attraction phase B-building comfort C-closing |

They refer to what is known as "Mysterey method" or the m3 model as it's also referred to. There are many different methods in the community such as David DeAngelo's Cocky funny and styles EV (correct me if i'm wrong on the name of styles).
