Forget books on sex they suck- and people in LTRs said that they suck in bed anyways despite reading Kama Sutra Its an outspoken view- however a picture paints a thousand words- get some DVDs! I'd reccommend any porno by Jules Jordan, or Cytheria (squirtwoman). If you must get the educational stuff-Lovers Guide Guide to Sexual Positions is good

Hey man, best sex book I've come across is 'The Sex God Method' by Daniel Rose but you should also look at David Shade's Manual White Tiger Tantra DVDs and Handbook (by Steve Piccus) Secret Principles of Pleasure (by IN10SE) The Female Orgasm Black Book (by Lee Jenkins)
