Lol I can't believe this is being brought up. But perhaps whackin' it before you go out is a good way to tone down the hormones and keep yourself cool and concentrated. |

I've found that yankin it prior to goin out truly fucks up my game. It eliminates the "drive" to go out and work for the pussy, if you follow. |

Im cutting it down to a week now, im at 5 days and I have alot of drive to go out and get some. The thing is staying occupied. When you are really bored you end up doing it more. |

1 a week is basic so that you can still think normally, if you're not getting laid, lol on the other hand, all you will think of is shooting your load... funny topic hehehe buts so true |
