Hey everyone, Ive been reading the forum a lot lately, but this is my first post.
Yesterday I took a friend of mine and we went to the mall in hopes of approaching women. This wouldve been the first time I did it and i had mentally prepared myself. I was all energetic and in a good mood. However when I picked my friend up, he was all
. I tried putting him in the same mindset as myself but failed, and ended up losing my energy. For 2 hours we walked around the mall, and did not approach one single woman. Then we went to another cinema and again the same old story.This whole incident killed my confidence but Im going again tomorrow with another friend.
On another note...back when i was younger and really not confident in myself etc, I used to go to the mall sometimes, and yesterday when I saw the mall those same feelings came back to me.. it was like anchoring working completely against me lol. Also I think its partially to do with what Mystery wrote in his book( I read the first chapter so far) about not being in a location that youre similar with, or that you feel comfortable in.
I need help in overcoming this feeling of 'foreignness' to the mall.
Either way Im going to approach as many girls as I can tomorrow.
