A girl asked me what room I was going to dorm in college. What's the best way to respond? I was thinking: "My room is (####) but before you can move in with me you must buy me dinner first. Would that be conveying too much interest? |

Thanks. I hope I can pull this one off, cus this is over the internet and I'm about to respond with that. But let's say she respond with something like "Why would I want to move in with you" what would be a good comeback? |

'Why wouldn't you' Forces her into your frame, then can neg her depending on what she says. |

ok i believe i screwed this one up...shame because i've been gaming her for a while. she completely ignored my message. i know she saw it because she logged in and changed her layouts, posted on some other people's page and stuff before signing off again. Well...im stuck with her at college for 5 years. How do I avoid the awkwardness |

Sounded fine to me. I would have said something very similar. "why? do you want to stalk me?" "i only accept drunk visitors on friday nights" "please call before you come over so i can remove any evidence" 5 years of you and her at one college alone? Don't worry, there will only be awkwardness if you make it awkward. If you think about it, what did you actually say that would make things awkward? What she thinks of you is none of your business. PS I bet she'll reply. |
