| Post subject: | Problems after opening |
Well after being on here all week and reading alot of stuff on opening i decided i would try it out last night. I had no trouble opening and asked sets for their opinion on various made up situations. It was going great and they all looked geniunely interested in what i had to say... then when we had finished discussing this i asked them how long they had all known eachother and where they all met, this was fine too, but the i kept going blank, as i wasnt saying anything, and they didnt ask any questions i was losing them, so just left and said have a good night..... Help pls! |

Hey dude, I had this exact problem the first time I went out last week. The best thing I found to use is the Extra-Sensory Perception (ESP) routine with your target. This is the one where you ask them to think of a number between 1 & 4, then pretend you are seeing into their mind and say '3' since this is the number that is nearly always chosen. Then ask them to choose a number between 1 & 10 and pick 7 as again, that is the number that is nearly always chosen. If you get both right you can sit back and look knowingly at them, saying you know everything about them. In that case do a cold-read on them (the cube routine is good). If you get 1 right say well maybe I just got lucky, but I think I can tell a lot about you from choosing number x and do cube routine. If you get neither say, well you must be pretty special since you didn't pick those numbers...hey do you want to play a game...go into cube. I did this with a stunning HB from Switzerland on Thursday (she picked 3 and 7) and got a N-close. Good luck! |

Now that you've covered opening go find some routines, practice them and run them on the next sets you meet. This is what mystery calls "stacking forward", which means adding more routines over the opener. What kind of routines do you do? ESP routines, stories, DHVs and kino escolaters. This is much more simple then it sounds, trust me. |
