I'm really new to the whole thing of going out without drinking allot of alcohol, and when I've been sarging I've had the worst aproach anxiety. How do/did you guys overcome that?? Yesterday I even had 5-6 beers and still didn't open ANY sets  Fuck.What can I do tonight to overcome the anxiety? Do anyone have some tips/tricks? Thanks. Methods |

I'd focus on something else in the room and after I'm completely not focused on the target I'd just go |

Grow a pair and realise its not that bad (the short answer). (long answer) What you have to remember is that the fear of rejection is irrational. Realistically the WORST POSSIBLE OUTCOME is that she will spit on your feet, laugh at you, tell you to fuck off then laught to her friends about what a loser you are. (credit to chief i think who first used that). But comon, for a start, it will very very very very VERY rarly be that bad. Normally the women will either say "i gtg" or just become non responsive. Think about the pain you get from going home, alone and knowning you had no chance what so ever of getting anything tonight, because u never had the balls to go up and say hello. Hell, even if i had my face bitten off by an aligator, had no arms or legs and could only say hello i would have more chance of getting laid by saying hello to a girl than not saying anything at all  Now, if you think going home alone isnt as bad as possible getting rejected, then come back in 6months after you have gone home every night and then i'll ask the same thing again. U WILL feel differently. Just remember, if she rudly blows you out, ur better off not knowning her. She is a bitch, you are a PUA u get to choose your girl and therefore has some stanards HB10 bitches arnt gonna make you happy for longer than 1 night Chances are that once you start opening and getting more confident, u will keep conversations going and maybe run a solid game on some1 within a few weeks. You only get experience when things dont go exactly how you wanted them to./madals p.s. would people please please please start using the search function. |

Ditto the above poster. Most women are generally polite, they will at the very worst say 'sorry but I've got a boyfriend' and that will be that. What you must, must think as you approach is not 'I want to shag this girl,' but 'I want to meet and have a laugh with this girl.' If you do get rejected then fuck it, there are LOTS more girls out there and you can have a laugh about it later with your mates (I have!) if it goes terribly. The first night you go out and approach sets you will feel brilliant regardless of whether you get a number, a kiss or a shag and you will probably find the majority of girls can't wait to talk to you.
