So last night, my first approach ever, I was hanging out with 5 of my friends at this hookah lounge. We had seen a number of HB's leaving and I felt kinda stupid, knowing how to pick them up but not doing it. Anyways, these two girls, an HB10 and a HB8 were standing outside of their car in the lot. I walk up and the conversation went a little like this. Me: Excuse me, do you know of any coffee shops that are open this late? (an adam lyons opener) HB10: no, sorry we're not coffee drinkers ( with an ear to ear smile) Hb8: we're not even from this side of town Me: oh, thats cool, im not either. Let me guess you're USF students? HB10: (eye fucking my brains out) Yea we're just here with some friends. ME: Yea I am too, it was between this and a party so we went here. Hb10: Oh so you know where some parties are? Me: Ya I do, but they're probably broken up by now. Do you two know of any parties? hb8: nope we're just here waiting for our friends to come out. Me: By the way, I'm Paul. So they introduce themselves and my AFC friend walks up. Me: and this is my boy Chris Chris: Hi Im chris, what are you girls doing tonight? Then one of my other AFC friend drives his truck around, parks 2 feet behind the girls car, blasting country music. Chris starts talking to the girls and I walk over to my friend in his truck. Me: wtf are you doing? AFC in truck: pulling my truck up so we can listen to music. About now, like 4 guys come out of the lounge and yell to the girls "SO DO YOU JUST WANNA FOLLOW US THERE? WE CAN GET DRUNK AND MAKE OUT!!!!!" Hb10: Oh my god, I hate that guy so much. hb8: Ya lets just go home, but it was really nice to meet you guys. So that is my story about how a bunch of AFC's ruined my very first attempt at picking up girls. So what should I do when I'm outnumbered by AFC's? I know for a fact, 100% sure I WOULD have gotten a #close if all that shit hadn't gone down |

sometimes you need to be disrespectful to friends as well. give em a high five and try to isolate the girls if you can. potentially you should pick them up while your entourage is busy, or just tell em to sit nice till you wave for them. |
