I'm sure alot of you might have noticed that less than desireable women are more likely to think you're attractive. They not only think it but seem to have no problem telling you either.

How do you interprate it when a below average chick compliments you?
What if a homosexual complimented you?

I know alot of people who would take this as an insult because they feel it somehow brings you down to their level. Is it rational to feel this way or is it possibly what higher status people might think also, but won't say or display it?

I'm not sure what you're talking about here, but I think you should take a compliment as a compliment. Failure to do so could lead to serious mental harm, because you will never be able to accept any positive feedback.

If some ugly chick hits on me, I'd feel disgusted by her to some extent, yes. But the thing is I'd also feel happy because someone likes me. Not that I actually care wheter she likes me or not, since it wont affect my life.

Do I make any sense?

Inside I'm pretty indifferent when an unattractive girl compliments me, but outside I accept the compliment modestly and just don't make a big deal out of it as good or bad. She'll realise from this that you're not interested in her, but you aren't a jerk and her friends can see this too and that you have no problem turning down girls, so you obviously have value and your pick of women.

Now if a gay man compliments me, I really appreciate it and usually thank them and start talking to them about style or something and compliment them back, or neg them if they're not as stylish as the other gay guys I know. I take this as a huge compliment, cause gay men usually have amazing taste and they are saying you do too. Women love gay guys and love their taste, if you show them that you can converse with a gay man on the same level and he accepts you, then it's a big DHV.

You have to understand that HB1-10's have the same mindset, BUT act differently in situations presented to them.

Let us take an example:
An unattractive guy will seem unattractive to most HB1-10's.
An attractive guy will seem attractive to most HB1-10's.

Let us say an attractive guy walks down the street. Many HB1-7's (and probably 8's) and even certain guys will stare at him or make eye contact.
HB9-10's will NOT as their social proof is high already and therefore the attractive guy will need to DHV and to prove that he has high social proof before they show ANY sign of attraction towards the guy, and even with this the attraction they show are subtle.

This means you require a lower percieved value to be above their self perception of their own value.

Back at the orignal topic: However to base this thought on the premise that an HB9 will always have a higher self perception than an HB6 will is mercurial as we all know how insecure some good looking girls can be.
