What to do after using an opener.. needs good routines!

Post subject:  What to do after using an opener.. needs good routines!
What is a good follow up after an opener? when i say openers i mean just the universal ones such as 'i need a female opinion on something' or 'what is a good clothes store'

so when i ask if she knows any good clothes stores and she answers, i just go blank.

i could neg while she suggests stores she knows.. (such as oh its too childish)

and i could neg her about her fashion or whatever.

BUT
i dont know how to take it further... something like THE CUBE game could be quite nice but i just think it will be quite awkward if i just asked that... might make me look like a creep.

so what are the routines?

i read all about routines and ioi's and stuff but is bantering the same as a routine? like i'll just open and start talking about how i'm going to be the first man on mars or does it have to invoulve her? guess i should learn this myself on the field this week but an opion could help, i was thinking if u just talk about how i'm going to mars and stuff she'll just go "uh i have to go now" couldn't hurt to try though

dont neg after she's just been helpful to stay, be nice and help you out. pick up on something real time - "hey thats an interesting top you're wearing, reminds me of something i bought for my ex's birthday" hopefully the response will be "really?"

then immediately lead into an experience. tell her a story and make it interactive. make the descriptions engaging, use body language and act out key scenes (within reason, of course), start kino, make witty remarks and draw her into it.

Well if you open and the girl is receptive. then you can ask A ( as in 1) Single
Interview question

PUA- where are you from?
Girl - "Blank City"
PUA - Oh im sorry ... Smile look her in the eyes
PUA - Where do you want to visit/live?
Girl - Blah
PUA - (disinterested or sarcastically) wow... (Excited or smooth) Well I want to go to mars! (or something stupid like that.)

She will most likely look at you like your crazy hold your ground and control the frame and this should evoke laughter.

That is a nice little routine: A Neg and some humor. Lets you learn a little about her without it feeling like interview.

As Tyler Durdan explains Interview Qs can be used to great effect if they are used correctly. When an Interview Q is asked and expanded upon in an interesting way it can set you apart from other guys and it feels more natural than complex pickup routines. The key to their use is the delivery. Your Tone should be neutral or breaking.

Avoid interview questions. After A1 (opening phase) I think the transition phase is the hardest. You're going to have to be able to put in about 90% of the conversation for a few minutes until she gets warmed up to you and starts contributing.

Remember that AFCs try to fill this phase with boring, job interview type questions. "Where are you from?" "What do you do?" etc. If you pick an item out that she's wearing, unless it's REALLY interesting she will know that you're reaching and assume you're desperate and not desire you.

The best thing I've found is to branch to a DHV story. You should practice creating stories that hit the attraction switches described by Mystery. The more stories you have, the easier it is to find something in the convo or the surrounding area and use it to get to your DHV story.

Once you do your opener you should instantly transition. It doesnt really matter what you talk about, it just needs to be interesting and include DHV spikes.

You can simply say, "Oh you wont believe what happened to me yesterday blah blah blah". Then once you start talking to her and do a good job at it she will being to ask questions about you, which you can ask back. Or if she doesnt you can neg her about it.

If you have trouble creating your own DHV stories think about something interesting that happened to you recently and spice it up by adding in DHV spikes conveying high value.
