I'd give a field report of my day but need 30 posts for that section. So heres a question relating to one of my encounters. I was sucessfully C&F/Playful with an HB5 and her HB5 friend," practicing". I was laying it on pretty thick and might have slipped into the wierd zone but they were responding positively. "smiling, laughing, playing along, giving obvious IOI's" After an hour of on and off commentary and no genuine conversation, one of them said "you're the best bar buddy I've ever had". Was this a shit test or did I slip into friend zone with no attraction? Like I said , we didn't have what I felt was any serious convo, just alot of jokes and playful sarcasm. Now it gets worse. I decided to leave but wanted to test something I though might be funny and practice separating two HB's. I paid my tab and said to one of them," I need to borrow one of you for a minute". HB gives curious look. "Come with me". I lead her outside the bar and told her she needs to give me a field sobriety test like a police officer to see if I'm OK to drive home. She was completely not into doing any of this when we were outside. She made my eyes follow her finger in a cross pattern but didn't know what to do after that. I pressed and had her make me walk a straight line and say the alphabet backwards. I was definately losing her and she eventually got frustrated. I broke it off and said "I'm good, time for me to leave", and she said, "nice to meet you... I think" Ouch! Was the bar buddy comment a shit test? Was the field sobriety test a good idea? Waht could I have done to recover when we were outside? |

Hmm, sobriety test? (sound of plane flying past) "whooooshh" ohhhhh dearrr!! Thats not even beta, thats OMEGA! The sobriety test was a DLV, why should you, charlie brown , a pua and alpha male, need some hb5 to help you out cos your drunk? "An hour of on and off commentary, no genuine conversation"? You said they responded positively near the beginning, but at this point it seems you have lost/losing them. You should have perhaps kept them as "practise" and left it at that, leaving on a high. Multiple threading should be used fairly soon after the opening to kick start various convos. "Bar buddy" I suspect this may have been more to do with you not coming across as high valued enough, your purpose clearly to talk to them and perhaps only them, showing intention, rewarding them too much perhaps with your prescence and or open body language? perhaps you didn't show purpose also. If they were very easy you could have kept them baited early on, then used the two of them as pawns to open bigger sets, provided they have earned you and gone through some cat-string and compliance tests to gather a good idea of "where they are at". Continue practising I think you can learn a huge amount from that one sarge! Student X... |

One positive thing... you seem to have your inner game sorted. Unless you were drunk, inwhich case they probably just thought you were some random drunk who was fun to laugh at.. Id work on your out game, do some reading go out practice some more and you will be cool |
