Ok guys, I really need help with this. I have REALLY bad Aproach Anxiety. I go out to the local mall/club etc. with such confidents and promise only to freeze up when I see a possible aproach. I have no problem coming up with good situational openers, but when I see a girl, I just start to think "this is ridiculous, I cant just walk up to her and start a conversation". It drives me crazy! I know I can do this! I've even tried the "warm up" techniques like asking people for the time, but I even have trouble with that! Anyone here have ANY suggestions?

Go up to girls that work at the stores in the mall and ask them what time is it It'll get rid of the AA and then start approaching hotties at the foodcourt or where ever you want You cant get rid of AA everyone has it
