Hey All! So i was out over the weekend and decided to try the piece of lint opener created by style, this is were you have a piece of lint (like a piece of fluff from your laundry drier), and pretend to pick it off a ladies top like it was there the whole time. then i would give her a look of like 'what the fuck' but in a fun/cheeky kinda way. problem is i got a real bad feedback from 100% of girls, can any of you guys tell me where i was going wrong? cheers! |

It's probably not very effective for an opener. Style can make anything an opener, so just keep that in mind. Firstly, when you take it off her, whats she going to say? "Don't touch me!", or "Thanks". Then what? It would be better as a kino technique. Mid conversation, put it on her shoulder and reach for it while brushing her neck with your hand. |

I think the lint thing is meant more as a sniper neg than an opener. You need to show some kind of value before you start to pull those. Also, I think the lint thing is well known, and can easily be detected as "pickup". The point of an opener is to get in under the radar... |

yeah, ive been using it as an initial opener and your right, i think it needs to be used after rapport as been established the kind of reaction is just like 'eh yeah whatever' never totally like 'Fuck off!!' |
