there's a chick at my gym who always gives me eye contact and i give it back this has been going on for a while now , lot of times she would come by and workout right next to me but i just did not know what to say so here is my idea when i see her ill say Me: hi how is it going I'm Anton her: Name Me: how long you been going to the gym her:blah blah Me: wow it shows your in great shape( if its a long time) or oh really your in great shape for working out such a short time (if its a short time) Me: maybe u can give me some tips ( I'm in good shape and one of the strongest guys at the gym so she should take it as a joke) then ill ask if she wants to workout together some time and i can get to know her during that time and get her to hang out outside of gym |

If she always comes and works out next to you then you should say "Are you following me?", she'll be all taken aback and defensive and reply which is when you reply and introduce yourself. Then maybe ask that question.. but it might lead into a boring conversation so you should have some more material at hand or give a time constraint. Hope that helps Hood |

I don't know, you're opener sounds a little too forward. It seems to me like you're expressing a lot of interest. I'm not sure if you're going for more direct game or not. I do like Hood's idea though. |

i personally just used a canned opener.. i just act as if ive had something on my mind while im working out.. i ask her how she is doing.. then normally they'll ask "how are you?" if they dont ask you how you are doing just say how you are u dont need them to ask you "how you are doing" in order for you to state how you feel i say "great but i have something on my mind.. let me get your advice....[canned opener]...." works great. then just run ur material |
